Operation: Cursed Throne
Once again, Team Valor, a four man squad delved into the unknown against the invading forces of the alien threat. This time however fallen soldier RK Garrison's spot was taken by new squad member RK J.Woods. Eager to prove herself and wanting nothing but revenge on the alien invaders for scorching most of the state of Texas, she jumped right into the battle, rifle cocked and ready!
This time the squad comrpised of:
- SQ. Gonzales
- SQ. Henderson
- SQ. Koro
- RK. Woods
SQ. Gonzales, the group's veteran and commander, once again led by example. He selflessly placed himself between newcomer RK.Woods and an ambushing three man squad of Sectiod invaders. RK.Woods returned the favor shortly thereafter by strategically tossing a grenade into one of the alien squad's hiding spots.
The mission was a STUNNING success although SQ. Henderson, the team's assault specialist was wounded. His condition is listed as stable and he is expected to make a full recovery in time to assist the squad in it's next mission. Squad veteran J.Gonzales was promoted to the rank of Corporal his leadership and skill continues to impress XCOM's high council.
